A gift for your people

Most people aren't held back by talent. They're held back by a sentence.

Something they decided about themselves a long time ago, like “I'm not the kind of person who leads” or “If I ask for help, I'm a burden”, and have lived by ever since. We believe everyone deserves to meet the version of themselves that doesn't carry it.

Alice is how a company can give its people exactly that.

01What we built

One short conversation a day, for 21 days.

Alice is a private coach each person talks to in their own time, about 15 minutes a day, on their phone or computer.

  1. 1

    Find the one belief

Not a list of problems. The one sentence underneath them, found in the person's own words.

  2. 2

    Loosen its grip

Back to where it formed, and to a real moment in their own life when it simply wasn't true.

  3. 3

    Write a new one

A new rule to live by, in their own words, signed once and written again every morning.

02The gift

Most gifts say “thank you for your work.”This one says “we believe in who you are.”

It's personal in a way a gift card never is. It asks nothing of the person and reports to no one. And it stays with them long after the holidays are over.

A gift for you

Twenty-one days to meet the version of yourself that doesn't carry the old sentence.

With gratitude, from all of us
Moments to give it
03What it gives back

The sentences people carry don't stay at home.

They decide whether someone speaks up in a meeting, takes on the bigger role, gives honest feedback, or says no before burning out. When one person puts that sentence down, the people around them feel it.

04Private by design

The company never sees a word.

Every conversation is private

Each person signs in with their own email. What they say stays between them and Alice.

No reports on people

We don't send the company summaries, scores or progress on anyone. That is exactly why people open up.

Coaching, not therapy

Alice is a self-coaching service, not a medical or mental health service. In real distress, she points the person to professional help.

05How it works for your company

Three steps, and nothing for HR to manage.

  1. 1

    A short call

Fifteen minutes to hear about your team and the moment you want to mark.

  2. 2

You choose who receives the gift

One team, the whole company, or the people at a moment that matters.

  3. 3

    Each person receives it personally

A private invitation of their own. They start whenever they're ready. No subscription, no seats to manage.

06Questions

About 15 minutes a day, for 21 days. There's no clock: a person can stop in the middle and pick up later, and the conversation waits where they left it.

Let's talk for 15 minutes.

Tell us about your team and the moment you want to mark. We'll show you Alice, and you'll know if it's the right gift for your people.
